We all have rules everywhere, some are approved by the law, and others are just for social etiquette. What if we had a world where the country laws were followed up by AIs and every store was owned by the government and managed by AI, Would it be better and secure or more of a restriction to us?

In that kind of futuristic world, Kim, a young lady with the dream of working with AI finally fulfills part of her dreams by working at an AI company as one of the juniors. She goes on a bike ride with her high school friend, Sash. As they explore, curiosity builds up, leading them to a restricted area. They discover what is hidden from the people of Central City, which baffles both of them. The consequences of their discovery take their lives on a turnaround. Will their friendship remain? What do they discover? How does the discovery change their lives? To find out read Terms of service: Subject to Change Without Notice by Craig W. Stanfill.

Terms of service: Subject to Change Without Notice is a unique science fiction book, with a futuristic setting where the technology is very advanced. I love that the author displays that very well. Live events are watched through VR and every house has a house bot which is more like a house owner's helper. The author displays many parts of Kim and her friends’ life to help the reader understand the sophisticated situations of the characters and how their government works. The book is very intriguing, with a variety of themes, every chapter and scene was a page-turner. The book is slow-paced, allowing the reader to take in Kim's world. I love that the scenes are well explained giving a vivid imagination of the setting.

Kim a hardworking person, very obedient and intelligent stands out in the story. She is my favorite character. I love that despite her struggles with relationships with others, she always shows her support and makes things right. As I was reading the book I could not help but think of the current state of technology and wonder if we were to evolve our technology to be nearly half as good as it is in the book, would we use it responsibly or will we find ourselves being slaves of our creations?

I have no negative views regarding this book. The book is exceptionally edited with no errors. I find it deserving a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend Terms of Service to tech lovers, especially those interested in Artificial Intelligence. I would also recommend this book to a mature audience due to its mention of drugs, sex themes, and drug abuse.
