Review of Terms of Service
It is incredibly confining to think that everyone is watching what I do. Remember that this is just a notion. Imagine the present situation. Kim's life is a reality.
Terms of Service written by Craig W. Stanfill talks about Kim who leads a typical life. She works for an artificial intelligence company and longs for a chance to collaborate with more advanced AIs. Her universe has a strong artificial intelligence foundation. More often than in real life, she hangs out with her buddies in virtual reality (VR). Every facet of civilization is controlled by AIs, including transportation, food, and leisure activities. Their daily activities are scrutinized in every way. On a fateful day, Kim and Shan, her closest friend, deviated from the bike path. Kim's fairly routine existence changes from what it initially seemed. What happened? You'll have to read to find out.
The concept and location of the story were both excellently established by Craig. He constructed Kim's world's current organization in the first few chapters. I gained full knowledge of the UCE fanatic, the hierarchy, and the workings of the system. This was a requirement and a very valued one for a futuristic book using technical terms. It made it easier for me to comprehend some of the book's explanations and provided some answers to problems before they surfaced.
The book's futuristic scenario as well as the author's many human conceptions piqued my interest. My initial thought when I ran into the term "selfish" was that I might have made a mistake. I then ran into the word once more and realized it was on purpose. The thought of a person or organization being labelled selfish was in fact, intriguing. The hierarchy appeared to be attempting to deprive the populace of all that made them human. This is likely the most difficult thing to accomplish, as the author demonstrated through the characters.
The technical nature of the book caused me to not fully comprehend certain of its provisions. This didn't prevent me from understanding the book; rather, it made it difficult for me to visualize various virtual reality (VR) scenarios. I did not come across any drawbacks to this book. The writer gave off the impression that he knew exactly what he wanted to convey to his audience. I found this book to be just as enjoyable to read as any other, despite the futuristic components and my lack of familiarity with them. The writer did a fantastic job. There were no mistakes in this book and that's a result of its exceptional editing.
For the reasons I listed above, I would give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. Readers who like futuristic fiction should check out this novel, in my opinion. They would undoubtedly appreciate the author's imaginative use of human characterization and the inclusion of the AIs.
