Review of We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies
We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies, written by Matthew Tysz, is a fantastic book that chronicles the life of Galen Bray, an impressionable young man who served a mission in Magnum Caelum. Galen's great-uncle maintained a forge that employed one of Voulhire's top blacksmiths. Being close to death, he desired an heir to his enterprises. He named Rowan as his executor soon before he passed away so that he could guide Galen and impart all the knowledge he required. To take over his great-uncle's company, Galen ventured to Voulhire from the Lands of the Princes. Galen's great-uncle left his enterprises to him in order for him to succeed and make up for his shortcomings and lack of reparations before his demise. When Galen arrived in Voulhire, strange things were happening all over the place.
This novel is a captivating magical story with characters that are both complicated and fragile, yet brave and intriguing in every aspect. My comprehension of the kingdom was assisted by the map that was presented at the book's opening. The author enticed the reader to learn about the nation's organization, history, culture, and connection to the fantastical world of Caromentis by structuring an interesting universe. It is obvious that the novel greatly succeeds in accomplishing what it has set out to do, given that it is the first installment. I was able to see this narrative from a variety of perspectives because it was told from several points of view. It was appropriately emphasized and dramatically illustrated how strong magic's waves and frequencies are.
I found the book's slow start and excessive background material unappealing. Because there are so many personalities and concepts covered in the book, it can be difficult to recall them all. Despite those issues, I truly enjoyed reading this book. I was interested in the plot because it took various unexpected turns. It was wonderful to read a book that was so great and gripping. My interest was sparked by the book's sheer brilliance. Tysz's accomplishment of conceptual diversity through the availability of learning resources was significant.
I am rating this book, We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies, 5 out of 5 stars because it was easy to read and compelling. There were no grammatical errors or mistakes in it. Therefore, it was exceptionally well edited.
I recommend this book to individuals who love to read science fiction and fantasy.
