For an organization to ensure the satisfaction of its customers, certain policies must be put in place to make that happen. This can be regarded as terms or conditions a customer is expected to meet to enjoy or gain maximum satisfaction.

Kim woke up to her usual day's activities, ranging from having breakfast to going to bed after dinner. She works with an artificial intelligence transportation company. On this fateful day, she was on the lookout for any violation of the terms of the company's service and discovered subjects A and B had violated the company's terms. Does your day follow the usual routine of having breakfast, going to work, and having dinner? What was the action of subjects A and B that led to a violation? What will be the consequences thereof? Grab a copy of the Terms of Service by Craig W. Stanfill to get answers to these questions.

I like it when I'm able to learn a lot after reading a particular book. The lessons embedded in this book make it worth reading. I learned some nutritional tips. For instance, I found out the combination that is best for an individual for breakfast. This means that not all kinds of food can be eaten for breakfast. To eat and live healthily, one needs to know the right combination of foods to eat at every point in time. I liked the parts where the author added jokes just to make it more interesting to the reader.

While reading, I tried to imagine that if the content of the book were real, then the terms of some of the companies would be difficult for the customers to adhere to. I think the customer's preference and taste should also be considered when making some of the dishes. For instance, the food company can just serve any meal to the customer, irrespective of the customer's preference at that particular time. I feel options should be made available so that the customer can choose from the alternatives available.

I did not find any negative aspects in this book. The comment above did not in any way make me dislike the book. It is simply an observation. I did not find any errors in this book, which shows that it was exceptionally well-edited. As a result, I will rate this book five out of five stars. I will recommend this book to anyone interested in artificial intelligence because it will inform them about its activities.
