Terms of Service by Craig W. Stanfill is a Thriller fiction novel. This book has the themes of power, liberation, thrill, and love. It describes a world that has artificial intelligence very closely connected with humans and their communities. Kim is a researcher who works for an Artificial intelligence company, everything in her life, whether it be the eating menu or booking transportation, all of it is directed by the artificial intelligence.

Kim teaches a robotic device called Automatons how to operate by giving it training for a living in an artificial intelligence company. The world Kim lives in is run by technology and there are rules for everything, the actions of the people are either punished or rewarded accordingly. Kim and Shan, a friend of Kim, went on a bicycle ride one day together. They accidentally reached a place that was not recorded on the map, and discovered that the people living in that place were very different from the life they led.

This novel described the potential threats that the technology can bring into the world, if we keep progressing with developing it repeatedly. It showed instances where virtual reality technology was used in the world Kim lived in. Virtual reality is used in our world as well, but in Kim's world, it is so advanced that the user's conscience can fuse with the robot used by the user.

I really got interested in this book because the plot line was brilliant. The relationship between Kim and her robot, Kimberly, was also very fun to read. The pace of the book was smooth, and the best part was that it did not feel rushed. There are a few things in this book that are very different from our world, but actually very positive, like there was no poverty, everyone lived with economic stability. There was no discrimination among people based on their gender, color, race, and religion. These are the aspects that bring negativity in our world.

I did not find any errors in this book, it is exceptionally well-edited. I wish to recommend this novel to the readers who enjoy science fiction stories. Furthermore, I want to rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. There are only minor profanities, but there is erotic content in the book, I would not recommend this book to underage readers. I found only one thing that I disliked about this book, that there weren't any exciting adventures, apart from that I found it very satisfying to read.
