Review of We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies
We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies, written by Matthew Tysz. Galen Bray is a sympathetic young man who is the main character of this novel. The book opens by telling the tale of Galen's birthplace, the Land of the Princes, a war-torn nation made up of numerous islands that have devolved into chaos as a result of never-ending conflict and poverty. Galen came dangerously close to death, but fortunately, he managed to survive. After inheriting his uncle's wealth and moving there, he visited a new place called Voulhire. In Voulhire, Galen sought safety. He was adamant that he would succeed in this new nation. As he came into contact with Rowan, a resident of Voulhire, fate thrust him into an adventure that he was unprepared for. Together, they will tour this distinctive nation and learn about the cultures of the many states.
The element of this novel that I loved the most and thought was the greatest was its setting. The setting of the book was fascinating, while magical environments are invariably vibrant and exciting. The book's use of storylines really captured my attention. It employed a first-person and third-person narrative mix. These tales were employed for various individuals, and they were done perfectly, which made the story incredibly fascinating. The author's attention to detail impressed me. Because of the individuals' various characteristics, I really enjoyed the humor among them. Every character had a unique personality that had been molded by their prior and present experiences.
There was nothing that I disliked about the book; it was well-written and interesting to read. Although the book's plot is rather intricate, it contains a number of characters with names that are similar to one another, which at first confused me. Both the main and supporting characters had strong backstories. The excitement, numerous mysteries, and surprising turns in the narrative kept me interested. The author wrote with good eloquence. I appreciated the author's use of literary elements in the story. It enhanced the book's outstanding qualities and deepened my understanding of it. I salute the author for his vision and inventiveness.
From the beginning to the finish, this book held my attention really well. One of the things about Voulhire that I most appreciated was its political system. I am rating this book, We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies, 5 out of 5 stars because it was engaging and captivating. There were no grammatical errors or mistakes in it. Therefore, it was exceptionally well edited.
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy thrillers.
