Terms of Service by Craig W. Stanfill has to do with Kim, a human being living in a world full of artificial intelligence. Kim is a law-abiding citizen, she is very firm in her actions and never lets anybody interfere with her decisions. She is also very passionate about the work she does as part of an artificial intelligence company. One day, his longtime friend Shan will come back to town. Her visit will do things to Kim that she never thought she would be able to do or that she is permitted to do as a good citizen. She will be affected by these events and the consequences of her actions will open up her past.

What I like about the book is the personality of Kim’s friend, Keli. She is very soft-spoken and help Kim in her problems in life. She is the type of person that is a good listener and also a good advisor. Moreover, Keli never judge Kim in whatever decisions that she makes. Also, I loved that Kim is very passionate in her work even though sometimes it is overlooked, but she never let it to interfere with her thoughts. Rather, she always aspires to greatness. Finally, I liked that Kim is fashionable, I can really relate to her when it comes to choosing an outfit and buying it for sale.

What I don’t like about the book is it lacks an explanation on how the world became so advanced and controlled by technology. But other than that, I really enjoy reading it and I'm still amazed at how humans can co-exist with artificial intelligence.

I will rate this book a 5 out of 5 stars, because it is exceptionally edited and I don’t notice a mistake. I commend the author’s writing, it is very straight forward and can easily be understood. I just hope the writer will consider on releasing another book to be able the know the back story of how the artificial world is created and what happened to the world before it.

I will recommend this book to the young adults, I have the impression that with this kind of genre, it is more suited to their taste. They are also the most curious in terms of technology and how it can change a person's way of living. Lastly, this book will teach them different wisdom on life and how important freedom is.
