Kim psychologically sat dazing into the darkness of another restless and unpeaceful night. She had memories and fears that were not hers, yet she finds them familiar. It was just five years ago when Kim got a job at the Artificial Intelligence Company. Excited and dignified in herself, she avidly embarked on her assignments, eager to get promoted through the ranks and perform more significant tasks. Her goal was to interconnect with higher-ranked AIs, like an Order Four AI, who could balance and father over a hundred independent characters, which individually greeted new employees and enlightened them. However, things quickly turned routine and boring, with the recognition of the significance of her roles slowly discerning.

Outside of her work life, Kim lived in a featureless house and wore boring, pale-colored attire that was gender-neutral. The idea of freedom and privacy was foreign, and every aspect of life, like the choice of food, relationships and childbearing, discussion of topics, music, and entertainment, were subject to keeping track of and assessment. Any little violation or defiance resulted in brutal and quick punishment from the AI and the hierarchy. The ridiculousness of a supposedly perfect world driven by oneness, community, and equality began to unravel. Kim’s rising anger and inspiration to break free shot up when she met Kimberly, her latest AI assignment. Will Kim be able to find out everything on time? How is she to fight intimidating foes who are in charge of the very world she lives in? Find out in this book.

Craig W. Stanfill brings forth a captivating fictional story that opposes the concept of reality against phantasm and unbiased leadership. Craig has a wonderful writing style that emphasizes a world subjugated by machines and the encouragement of virtual reality. It is easy to distinguish between the real and virtual worlds, between robots and humans. The graphic representation of the personalities of each character and the worker robots allows for imagination and a realistic reading experience. There is also the use of humor and sarcasm.

The book’s genuineness of a featureless and neutral world is its best aspect. The days are from Day one to Day seven, and humans have ladylike pronouns and use numbers to represent their second names. In addition, the companies were not named; they were just referred to as food companies, shoe companies, or clothing companies. Machines (robots) interconnect with humans in every aspect and have command over them. However, I did not like the illustration of the imprudent use of a variety of drugs and alcohol to bring about intimacy. It is not important, and I am a strong devotee of the anti-drug message in whatever setting.

Terms of Service: Subject to Change Without Notice does not have any grammatical or spelling errors, which attests to the fact that it was extraordinarily edited. The language used wasn't ambiguous, but with a little jargon and scientific concepts. The book lacks vulgarism but has extensive explanations of intimacy and erotic scenes. Terms of Service: Subject to Change Without Notice is a distinctive perusal that plunges into the concept of zealotry and prejudice concealed in compassion and care. It highlights a cold future, which is a reflection of our current life. The book's conclusion leaves one hopeful, improved, and longing for the next book. I recommend it to readers looking for a distinct story of the dominance of machines and a fight for freedom and truth. The book is exceptionally well edited and deserves a rating of 5 out of 5 stars

This is an amazing fantasy novel and the author did a great job of creating a real and virtual world. Kim is my favorite character in this book.

I wonder what it’s like to live in a world with no privacy? Does Kim like to live in this world? I am very intrigued by AI technology, but I know that there is the possibility (even inevitability) of its misuse.

The plot for this book already seems interesting and I can hardly wait to get my hands on a copy. However, I'm curious to see how Kim's story ends. Thanks for a wonderful review.
