Terms of Service – Subject to change by Craigh W. Stanfill is a book that carries the readers in a future that is dominated by Ais and bots. It is the story of Kim who is living in such a world. She is a young person who works for an AI Company. As events unfold the true nature of her work and the truth about the society that she is living in surfaces. This sends her in a mad spiral of events that sooner of later may destroy her life and future.

Kim is in a world where everything you do is under scrutiny of Ais. When she was born, Kim was removed from the care of your biological parents. She grew under the strict ways devised by the Government. You have no choice but to abide and live according to the whims of the rulers. It is pure dictatorial leadership. You have no ties with your biological parents and everything is done to erase your memory about your childhood. Everything changes when Kim reunites with her childhood friend Shan. Slowly the true nature and the hidden agenda of the Director of the AI company surfaces.

What I particularly liked about Terms of Service -Subject to Change is the vivid details of the futuristic world and the life that Kim Is living in. The author Craigh W. Stanfill who has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence succeeds in instilling in us the fear that uncontrol technologies can create havoc into our life and rob us of our freedom. He paints to us with enormous details: what is life without freedom. When you read the book, you see yourself in this futuristic and dictatorial world. You can feel the pain and emotions of the protagonists. Any tidy infraction to the Terms of Service is severely reprimanded or punished.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about Terms of Service. It is a well written and crafted by Craigh W. Stanfill. The story plot is just amazing. I must acknowledge that the author has reminded us that Technology is also very dangerous if in the wrong hands.

To conclude I would say that Terms of Service is a must read. In a century where technology is advancing at a phenomenal speed, maybe, we are nearer than we think to the that futuristic world so well detailed in Terms of Service. Without hesitation I give a 5 out of 5 stars to Terms of service. I must also praise the editor as I didn’t see any single typo error in the book. I recommend it to everyone who like futuristic plots.
