The intriguing science-fiction novel We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz is ideal for people who enjoy political thrillers. Galen, who took over his uncle's Onita Steel company, is the main character. Galen visits Magnum Caelum to study the forge. Lord Eldus Alderman is currently looking into a discrepancy in the previous administration. While looking for "lactis" on the mining site, Galen and Rowan, his guide, come upon a magician, and Lord Eldus gets odd stones from an unidentified sender. The characters become involved in unexpected twists and turn as the plot develops, which keeps the reader interested.

Tysz has done a fantastic job laying the groundwork for the plot, and the story features powerful character development. Even though the primary protagonist is not the focus of attention, the author's original setup keeps humor present in every situation. The plot is kept interesting by the author's deft addition and deletion of supporting characters. The twists and turns make up for any initial slowness in the action, which some readers may detect, nonetheless.

The book is expertly edited, has no misspelled words, and is simple to read. The rock-paper-scissors game's symbolic meaning is stunning, and the lobster scenes are difficult to put down. The author's detailed descriptions of troops dancing make it simple to picture the scenario.

Due to the graphic violence depicted in We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies, it is not suggested for younger audiences. The Voulhirian Empire's flow, however, will appeal to fans of science fiction. The use of magic to effectively solve crimes and foil betrayal is combined with themes of family ties, business, friendship, loyalty, and obedience in this book.

I heartily endorse We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies as a whole. Even though the story may initially seem dull, it's important to continue reading. I gave the book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars, and I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
