The captivating novel We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz explores the story of a thriving imaginary kingdom called Voulhire and its remarkable people. In the novel, Voulhire is described as a kingdom renowned for its wealth and sorcery on a global scale. Galen Bray, the narrator, came from the nearby Land of the Princes as a runaway, though. He was fortunate to have a wealthy uncle who, upon passing, handed him his riches. However, in my opinion, the great lord Meldorath was the focus of this series rather than Galen's tale. The former lord of Hilport, Meldorath, is a powerful wizard who longs for the ability to rule over Caromentis, a magical realm. Because of how strong he was, the Voulhireans trembled at the mere mention of his name. He was a close friend of King Wilhelm, but he betrayed the King's confidence because of his never-ending ambition, and he was later imprisoned in a tower on an island known as Lorcia's Isle. Hillport tries to rise up and take its rightful place among Voulhire's great cities following his incarceration. Would the great lord permit this, or would he use his powerful powers to remove Hillport's new ruler and shut the gates to glory for the growing city? Was he going to seek retribution against the residents of Hillport, or would he temper justice with mercy? To find out for yourself, get this book.

The first of nine novels in the We are Voulhire series is titled We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies. It is a fantasy book with plenty of action. Despite the large cast, each one is distinct and compelling. The reader is not overloaded with information because each of them is introduced in a way that makes it easy to relate to them. Because of his sense of humor, I connected with Rowan the most out of all the characters.

This book's plot is the first aspect I appreciate. Excellent work was done by the author in establishing the series' opening tale. The reader becomes more acquainted with the Voulhire universe as a result of the excellent mythology, mysteries, character development, and historical details. The author can compel me to finish reading the novel despite the absence of any exciting action since mysteries keep cropping up on every page. I now want to read episode 2 of We Are Voulhire because there are so many narrative twists, and the author did a great job with this first episode.

This book was fun to read! I gave it my all-out love. The fact that this book was action-packed and the excitement in the plot never seemed to wane is another feature of it that I can't help but praise. Readers deserve novels like this, so I think people should buy the book. I don't think a kid could have the creativity of Matthew Tysz. I appreciated his eloquence as he described fictitious towns in great detail.

Sincerely speaking, there is nothing about this book that I detest. It is error-free. It was exceptionally well written, edited, suspenseful, and action-packed. I must award it a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars as a result. I'm willing to express my gratitude to Matthew Tysz for his excellent writing since authors like him need to be recognized for it.

I recommend this book to people who appreciate dark fantasy. I do not suggest the book for younger readers due to the unsettling sexual content. Additionally, the book would not be a good pick for readers who like a more lighthearted fantasy genre.
