I recently read the book We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies by Matthew Tsyz. This is the first entry in the fantasy series "We Are Voulhire". In the book, the author has created a world full of political intrigues, supernatural forces, and personal struggles where both science and magic are equally accepted. Some of the themes explored in this book are power, death, revenge, and hope.

We are introduced to Galen Bray, who has just arrived in the kingdom of Voulhire, escaping the violence and chaos created by the prince’s war. He goes to Magnum Caelum, trying to look for a better life. He finds that Voulhire is also on the brink of war. We follow him as he navigates through the kingdom to find his place. He must come to terms with his past and adopt this new culture and reality. We also follow the stories of other characters, such as Lord Orlin, King Wilhelm, and Meldorath.

I liked how the author created a fictional world that was very believable. I liked the character Galen. It is because I could relate to some of his struggles. Another character I liked was the ship’s captain; he was very honorable and dedicated to his job. The author has used vivid descriptions very wisely to help describe the setting of the book.

The only thing I did not like about this book was that it was written from the point of view of several different characters. Although it did not affect my overall reading experience, it was somehow confusing.

I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. It was professionally edited, and I did not find any grammar or spelling errors. Also, it was very entertaining. There are profane words in the text. I recommend it to older teenagers and adults who are fans of fantasy novels. I look forward to reading the next books in this series.

Matthew Tysz did wonders in this book. The way he conferred up this fantasy story still amazes me. Voulhire sounds both ordinary and extraordinary. I just liked this book's plot. Great review.
