The book cover beautifully expresses a combination of chaos and calm.
We are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under the Great Skies by Matthew Tysz is a fiction book that explores the interaction and competition between the physical and magical worlds.
The book is captivating and grabs your attention from the first few pages. Galen, a young man from the world of the princes, is rescued to join Voulhire, a flourishing country. I am eager to learn what will become of him in the new setting. The end of the book leaves you in suspense, eager to dive deep into the whole story. The author mentions that the book is the foundation for an ongoing series; thus, you do not wonder about the many themes introduced in each section. I look forward to the second book in this series.
The author provides a map of Voulhire at the beginning, which is helpful as you read and picture the places in your mind. The author also describes characters to give you an even deeper understanding as you read. The characters are so well developed that I had vivid pictures in my mind throughout the book. The sub-headings are also helpful as they focus on one aspect of the story at a time; the reader already knows and looks forward to the story as it relates to a previous section.
We are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under the Great Skies is an excellent read for fiction lovers. I gladly rate the book 5 out of 5 stars, as the story flows well to the end.
The book is well edited, with no grammatical errors. The author excellently describes the events. The conversations are simple and easy to follow.

Matthew Tysz did wonders in this book. The way he conferred up this fantasy story still amazes me. Voulhire sounds both ordinary and extraordinary. I just liked this book's plot. Great review.
