Galen Bray, a young guy who is innocent and lives in the oppressive, war-torn Lands of Princes, where the populace constantly fears for their lives, is the protagonist of Matthew Tysz's novel We are Voulhire. The news of a fortune left to him by an absent uncle, however, causes his fortunes to alter. As soon as possible, he departs for Magnum Caelum, one of the cities of Voulhire, to start a new life. Kng Wilhelm wants to keep terrible secrets hidden in Voulhire, where they are taking place. Hillport was nearly completely devastated by the heinous actions of Lord Meldorath, a horrible magician and former general of the monarchy. Lord Alderman, a decent and just man who works to rebuild the city and the people's trust, is appointed in his stead by the King when the King orders his execution.

The king's problems, nevertheless, are far from done. There are concerning rumors that the Riva Rohavi, a mutinous society whose only goal is to destroy Voulhire and its inhabitants, are getting ready for an impending onslaught. Can King Wilhelm defend his subjects from the advancing enemy? Galen's fate was revealed in Magnum Caelum.

I adored Lord Eldus and his family's wonderful personalities. In particular, Isla and Marhius made the novel incredibly engaging. I didn't really feel the flirting nature of Prince Darius, the king's son. The battles and magical scenery all seemed quite authentic. The book's characters all had extraordinary speech patterns, tones, and demeanors. I must congratulate the author. Any reader will beg for more until the end of the series since the plot is suspenseful. The book makes reference to further series.

I have no complaints regarding the book. It's fascinating to read. Like this, there are many plot twists and suspenseful scenes to keep readers interested. This book contains no errors. It has excellent editing. For these reasons, I give this a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. Similarly, Rowan made a few sexually explicit statements, but there was no explicit sexual content.

This book has a lot of fatalities in it, so I'll recommend it to anyone who likes grim scenarios. It is suitable for people who enjoy historical fiction.
