With great prose and a thrilling storyline, "Obsidian Tomorrow" by Chad Wannamaker is a must read! This is a suspense filled science fiction mystery. The action involves abduction, false accusations, hiding from the law as well as murder and searching for the truth. The character development is so good that the reader can feel a part of the story.

I love the mysteries in it, but it feels like the book's ending is satisfying yet leaves some unresolved mysteries for the next story. I wonder if a sequel to the book has been released yet?

‪“Jack, Brad, and Larry were enjoying a regular night out in Seattle when they witnessed an attack by hooded figures. This attack added to a sense of unease in a city already grappling with a series of abductions. Little did they know, this would be the beginning of a convoluted journey that would change them forever.”‬

This review really piques my interest! The blend of mystery, suspense, and sci-fi sounds right up my alley, and the way the author weaves together multiple storylines seems intriguing. I'm especially drawn to the idea of well-developed characters and a gripping storyline that keeps readers on the edge of their seats. Despite the minor editing issues, I'm eager to dive into "Obsidian Tomorrow" and experience the suspenseful journey it promises.

I haven't read a good sci-fi or mystery type book in a long time. However, reading the sample and looking at your review, this looks like a good book to check out in the library. I like it when a book is really a page turner that you can put down. Then the yearning for more with whatever the cliffhanger that you mention leaves the reader wanting to read the next book to find out what happens next.
