We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies is an amazing fantasy book by Matthew Tysz. The book is set up in a kingdom of technology, magic, politics, and enemies lurking in the shadows to destroy it. The kingdom of Voulhire is in its golden age.

Meldorath, one of the characters in the book, is a powerful mage and a general in Voulhire. Meldorath is feared throughout the kingdom. This fear seeps into the heart of the king making him arrest Meldorath. The King sees Meldorath as a threat to his seat and the kingdom. The enemies of Voulhire see weakness after Meldorath is locked up. How will the kingdom of Voulhire pay for locking such a powerful man? Will Meldorath be locked up forever? Get this amazing book to find out.

The book had a lot of positive aspects. The book was filled with many interesting characters. I found Meldorath as the most fascinating of them all because the character is a mystery. The author builds suspense around the characters which made the book more interesting to read. I also appreciated the plot and the storyline of the book. The political games played by the characters also made the book fun to read

I also liked how the book ended. The author left me in suspense at the end of the book. This increased my urge of reading the next book of this amazing fantasy series. The author weaves the character together in a perfect way which I find noteworthy. I also liked how the author introduced a new kind of magic in this book. I appreciated how magic is not abused by the characters which made the book somehow realistic.

Matthew Tysz introduces you to his world where you will fall in love with everything about it. From the magic to the politics, everything about the book is just superb. I recommend this book to those who love fantasy. The book was exceptionally well edited which made the book flow easily while reading it. I rate this book five out of five because of all its positive aspects.
