I previously read and reviewed Athena Daniels' first book, Desperate, for OnlineBookClub.org and had only wonderful things to say about it in what I personally feel was my best review ever. The comments that followed said review were quite hilarious as well.

The Seer's Daughter is the first book in a paranormal series, and the writing does not disappoint. My love of Athena Daniels' work continues to grow. Paranormal, mystery, horror, and demons: it's like she wrote this book for me and then threw in some steamy romance on top of all that.It has all of that. I was especially fond of the paranormal and horror stuff. Totally creepy.

It's so funny that you mentioned this because The Seer's Daughter is my next book review book! I was flipping through the Amazon Inside Look option while choosing my next book to review, and I saw a comment from you in there. Seeing that convinced me to choose this book! I'm really excited for it!

She actually sent me a copy of this book, like a paper copy, all the way from Australia as an extra thanks for my previous review (I'd already pre-ordered a digital copy, though, because I really liked her first book that much. I think I was one of the first people to ever read/review her previous book, which was also her debut book. You will see that I am featured in the Deer's Daughter as well, ad excerpts from both of my reviews (one for obc, one for Amazon) are in there!! Hee hee

I didn't take notes of this book while I was reading it (right after it came out, hee hee) so I didn't even think to make a summary of the book... and it's been too long for me to try and explain it now... but I do remember there being, like, some creepy noises in the house and this figuring that kept following her (the main character whose name I've forgotten, haha, sorry!).

Oh, no worries! I understand. I'm a couple of chapters in actually, and I'm sad that I had to put it down to do other things. I'm already hooked.

Oh yeah, I guess there will be an "official" review soon!
