If there's one thing you must know about me it's that I absolutely LOVE the Grimm Brother's. Their fairy tales are like drugs to me. So of course I couldn't help but love Tom McNeal's novel Far Far Away. It's the tale of a boy named Jeremy Johnson Johnson and his guardian spirit Jacob Grimm. Together along with a girl named Ginger they go on adventure to figure out A) Who is kidnapping the town's children and B) How can they save Jeremy's family's bookshop. It was a fantastic read told in the style of the Grimm Brothers, which I didn't think was possible but alas it is. It also has an ending that'll pull at your heart strings and, if you're like me, make you shed countless tears.
