The Sanyare Chronicles: by Megan Haskell

Megan is a new author to fantasy, and I have had the pleasure of reading her first two books in this series.
The stories give a whole new spin to the realms of the faerie world and focuses and on "a human born" female protagonist nicknamed Rie.
The novels goes on to show how Rie fits into this world, with her carnivorous pixies, her fighting skills and a touch of romance, she navigates the the different realms to figure out just what part does she play in the governing of these realms.
Not one to give spoilers, I will only say that there are feys, sidhes, trolls, lots of magic and of course Blood thirsty pixies.

The name of her books are:
1) Sanyare: The last Descendant
2) Sanyare: The Heir Apparent:- this one is newly released.
