Matthew Tysz's unique premise and bewitching writing style hooked me instantly, offering a refreshing fantasy experience that avoided gimmicks and relied on tasteful, non-gimmicky action sequences.

The novel unfolds in a breathtaking manner, introducing a diverse cast of characters, including an immigrant inheriting property in the powerful land of Voulhire. As excitement turns to complications, the reader is also introduced to ruthless rebels living by Riva Rohavi, adding layers of complexity to the story.

The exceptional and original premise of "We are Voulhire" explores various themes seamlessly woven into the narrative by Tysz. The result is a highly addictive and fascinating read that never lacks depth or predictability.
