I was very keen to read 'We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies', as I am a big fan of books related to fantasy and supernatural things.

I loved reading We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies. The book is filled with fantasy and has a very interesting story line.

Athough it was a but difficult to follow the plot and characters, yet the author keeps us engaged with the amazing imagery.

The story in this novel revolves around 'Galen Bray' who is a refugee and has escaped his home which was damaged during a war and then he immigrated to Voulhire. The real adventures begin after Galen moves to Voulhire. He explores city and people; and discovers strange and gets to know the other side of the city.

I am a fond of fantasy genre and this book stood upto my expectations. I wasn't sure if this novel would be interesting as not every fantasy novel is that interesting.

We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies is an opening volume and is filled with imagery. I was easily able to imagine the setting, Voulhire and the scenes. My favorite quote from the book is "There are no dead ends, only new paths."
As clear from this quote, the book conveys optimism. The book conveys a message of being optimistic and positive. This is an adventurous novel too, which outlays adventures of Galen.

I love how the author connects the events and different happenings. The supernatural events at Meldorath's castle and the story of Cosmos and Caromentis keep me fascinated.
The story kept me bound till the very end.

The book was well edited and does not really have any typos or major signs of profanity, however, we get to see a few times, some minimal sexual scenes in the book.

I would definitely rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.
This is the first volume of the series. Looking forward to read other volumes as well.
