Galen Bray's life takes an unexpected turn when he's offered the chance to inherit his great-uncle's forge in Magnum Caelum, a city in Voulhire. He quickly realizes he must learn a lot about the city and blacksmithing before he can make a living. Meanwhile, King Wilhelm appoints Judge Eldus as the new lord of Hillport, a town with great potential. Eldus must not only lead the town's development but also address the fear caused by previous rulers. Will Eldus succeed in his mission and bring prosperity to Hillport? Can Galen overcome his troubled past and embrace a new future in Voulhire? To follow the journeys of Lord Eldus and Galen, readers can explore Matthew Tysz's captivating novel, "We are Voulhire, A New Arrival under Great Skies."

The author demonstrates exceptional skill in this novel, crafting a beautifully written narrative with concise character descriptions. The book's unique structure, with each chapter focusing on a different character, allows them to shine individually. The story is full of excitement, and the vivid descriptions transport readers to the enchanting world of Voulhire. The writing style is accessible and suitable for readers of all levels, and the well-crafted premise ensures a seamless flow throughout.

There is nothing to dislike about this book; it is a joy to read. The story captivated me to the point that I couldn't put it down until I finished. While I would have liked more exploration of the three realms mentioned, I understand that such details may be reserved for future installments in the series.

I didn't notice any errors in the book, indicating a high level of professional editing. Consequently, I give this book a well-deserved rating of 5 out of 5 stars. Every aspect, from the well-thought-out premise to the distinctive characters, was flawlessly executed, leaving no reason to deduct any stars.

If you're a fan of epic fantasy novels brimming with magic and action, I highly recommend "We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies" by Matthew Tysz.
