Health they say is wealth and a healthy person has the capacity to make wealth. This is a book that will help educate everyone about the dangers of bad health practices.
The book Heaven and Earth is a science fiction and fantasy written by Arturo Riojas, Ph.D. This science fiction novel was about disseminating information regarding cadmium poison. It portrayed alliance between the extraterrestrial being and a group of humans to address an invasion of the alien planet.
In the novel Heaven and Earth , there was a combined effort by four individuals from different backgrounds to become a team and work together to save the earth's population.
I really loved and enjoyed the book because of the facts on cadmium poison at the end of each chapter. I loved the most, these facts due to their importance to everyone's health by dissemination of this information. It was important for me, gaining added knowledge on the toxic effects of this element to humans. I really loved the style used by the writer to introduce character or characters in each chapter. The novel is very interesting and educative based on the facts about cadmium by the writer and the link he was able to explain between other illnesses and cadmium poison as the cause. This information is very important for healthy living.
I must give praise to the writer for bringing out a serious health challenge and elaborating the possible relationship or effects that cadmium poison may contribute to other illnesses like cancer. The writer also, brought to light what most governments are involved in. They protect a few industries at the expense of the masses. They prioritize the cost of fertilizer production over life to the extent of ignoring extracting cadmium from fertilizers that farmers are using in crop production. Also, to make it worse, they deny the masses vital information concerning their health. The part of the book I loved the least was when the writer suggested in the preface that readers are free to skip the portion that contained facts about cadmium if they so desire. To me those facts are important for healthy living. Finally, the writer's experience with the United States of America's military, environmental projects and a degree holder in civil engineering enabled him to give a detailed picture of what the novel is all about.
I rate this novel 4 out of 4 star. This is because of the way the author was able to link his story with what is, happening in real-time. The writer's courage to confront most governments about cadmium poison through this book is very encouraging. Based on the above-mentioned points this novel for me was professionally written and I recommend it to everyone.
