What an enthralling book this is, with its clever plot, loveable characters and compelling dialogue. This is a children's or young adult's sci-fi novel without the complexity of sci-fi terminology and the sometimes harshness of interstellar warfare. Even I, as an adult, was drawn in.

The story starts simply enough, at a loading bay, with the very down-to-earth and mundane scene of Frank Evans and his office assistant waiting for a loader. Then you realize that the ship is a spaceship, and the office assistant has two heads, four brains, tentacles, and is purple. The ship has to transport 10,000 teddy bears to Planet Zora.

Planet Zora has a diverse population whose society is very much like ours. One of the teddy bears, through a series of incidents, gets lovingly adopted by the very determined Missy Crissy, who has a pet bifgle. Together with her boss, GelTeel, General Blozit, and others, they find themselves on the spaceship, as mentioned earlier, with A. P. Noble as the captain, in a bid for the tiny ted's life. Read on for an exciting interstellar adventure!

Science fiction has never been so charming in this exciting 'toy-town' style adventure. I love some new words invented for this book, such as when playing cards, Capoi says:

"I sniggle a Boiuz and cross it with two yellow-stripped Yeriz cards at right angles."

This book was written and edited well and would be a great children's gift. The pictures were fun and gave some atmosphere and reference, although I'm not a fan of AI illustrations as they're usually very sterile and expressionless.

I enjoyed this book and found nothing I disliked. Everything came nicely together, and a few aspects were a narrative of our society. The victory and determination of the meek was a lovely storyline. I will award it five out of five stars.
