In the Heart of the Linden Wood by Ekta R. Garg Loving wholeheartedly is a blessing and a gift we rarely receive or give. In this fantasy novel, it expresses different ways in which we react to it from the start, which is the process of falling in love and feeling its immense dimension. Set in Linden, a magic land with magic wood, we see how a kingdom's monarchy transforms from being oppressed and corrupted to seeing how its people and king can work together to transform it into a better country for them. Difficulties and obstacles are overcome to save the kingdom by learning to believe in oneself and trusting in each other. The author expresses itself with such intensity that it made me cry at one point, and its flawless wording makes me absorb it, like making me live like one of the characters in the story. Out of five, I would rate it five out of five because its characters were portrayed well enough to understand the decisions they made and how they became more mature and confident in themselves to become who they were meant to be. The plot and the characters were so well developed that one could feel the emotions that the characters portrayed.
