We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz, is a fictional book that blends fantasy, mystery, and suspense. It's an intriguing story that will make you feel as though you're a part of the adventure.

The protagonist, Galen, from the Land of the Princes, seized the first opportunity to reach Voulhire. The Land of the Princes is ruled by four brothers, granted a portion of the territory by their father, the Emperor of Lullabies. Fearing that his sons might overthrow him, the Emperor made this decision. Once relatively peaceful, the land quickly descended into a state plagued by war, hunger, and corruption as the brothers fought one another. Galen left to live in Magnum Caelum, a small town in Voulhire, with plans to live off his late uncle's wealth and legacy. Upon arriving in Voulhire, Galen met Rowan, his uncle's executor, and together they made significant discoveries. Find out what happens to Galen in Voulhire.

Like many other places, Voulhire wasn't as it seemed from the outside, and Galen soon witnessed the dark realities upon his arrival. He encountered evil and corrupt leaders. As you read this book, you'll find that the protagonist, Galen, is a kind and straightforward man. One aspect I particularly enjoyed was the use of a map to illustrate the beautiful kingdom of Voulhire.

The writer has elevated storytelling to a new level. I appreciate that this book is well-plotted, with a captivating narrative full of unexpected twists that maintain suspense and engagement throughout. The characters are well-developed, each possessing depth and complexity that drive the plot forward. The narrative is intriguing, using clear and straightforward language. I didn't notice any grammatical errors, indicating that it was well-edited. This leads me to rate the book five out of five stars.

I found nothing to dislike about this book. I would recommend it to those who are open to reading books which would take them on adventures of fantasy, mystery and suspense.
