We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz is a great science fiction novel with lots of fantasy, magic, and adventure. The Land of the Princes was full of war and starvation, and most occupants were migrating from it. Galen Bray moved from this land to the great kingdom of Voulhire. He was the heir to his uncle's property, including his blacksmith business. He meets Rowan, his uncle's executor, who guides him in adapting to the new land. This was in the specific city of Magnum Caelum. What did Galen find in the land of Voulhire? King Wilhelm was the king of Voulhire. Lord Eldus was Lord Meldorath's successor. He had several duties to fulfill in the land. How did he work?

I love the way the characters were well brought out in this novel. Each one of them played their roles well in each chapter, and I got to understand how they operated. Galen Bray was among the main characters, and his journey and works in the land of Voulhire were well brought out. The map included at the beginning of the book is very helpful. It helps readers follow the path taken by the characters in the book. I was able to locate the places Galen Bray operated from in the land of Voulhire. The book creates a great deal of fantasy, which captured my mind throughout the book. I was able to visualize most parts of the book's events. The scenes made me hold my breath as I waited for the next action by the Riva Rohavi soldiers. The suspense created by the author made me yearn for the next story, even in the next novel in the series.

The author gives a lot of information in the book, and sometimes I could lose the flow. This made me repeat some sections several times to understand what the book was all about. This made me take a lot of days to complete the book, and it also created some episodes of boredom. This is the only negative I found in the book, and it is not enough to make me reduce its rating. It is perfectly edited, as I did not find any grammar errors or typos in it. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

I recommend this book to lovers of magic, adventure, and fantasy novels. These themes are well brought out by all the characters in the book. It contains a lot of profanity, and I would recommend it to adults. This is a great book.
