The boundaries of imaginations are about to be tested in Voulhire, a place where magic has always been present and secrets are whispered behind every closed door. Galen Bray, a young orphan looking for a fresh start, arrives in the lively city of Magnum Caelum with nothing but hope and uncertainty. He’s inherited a forge from an uncle he barely knew, but this isn’t just any forge—it’s hidden in mystery. Strange stones start appearing, hinting at ancient, forgotten powers, while unsettling rumors of danger begin to spread.

On the other hand, Lord Eldus is on the hunt for answers, piecing together clues from ancient stones and secret messages, trying to uncover a plot that could shake the entire kingdom. As fate would have it, Galen’s path crosses with powerful forces, including Meldorath—a mage whose dark ambitions threaten the very fabric of Voulhire.

With Rowan’s guidance, Galen needs to get the truth, forge new alliances, and confront dangers lurking in the shadows. He might just hold the key to Voulhire’s future—or risk losing everything to the darkness. Dive into "We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies,"  where adventure, magic, and mystery await.

Matthew Tysz’s “We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies” pulled me into a world where magic, politics, and adventure seamlessly intertwine. I was captivated at the beginning of the book by the vivid, intricate world—like a medieval Europe with its own unique spin. The characters feel so genuine, and their complex relationships add a deep emotional layer that makes the story even more absorbing.

What really pulled me in was how unpredictable the plot is—full of surprises that kept me flipping the pages, always eager to find out what happens next. The characters in this book, especially Galen and Rowan, felt real. They each have their own motivations and struggles that make you care about their journeys. And the way Tysz describes the landscapes and culture of Voulhire is so vivid, it’s like you’re walking through the kingdom yourself.

What makes this book stand out is its seamless balance of fantasy and realism. The magic is enchanting, but it’s the human experiences and emotions that ground the story, making it feel relatable. Galen’s struggles to navigate his new life in Voulhire hit close to home, making his triumphs feel personal.

The book was well edited, I didn't find any grammatical or typographical errors till I finished reading the book, and I do not dislike any part of this interesting book.

Fans of medieval fantasy will love this. It’s packed with political intrigue and character-driven storytelling. For readers 14 and up, it’s an epic adventure that’s hard to put down. I give it 5 out of 5 stars—Matthew Tysz is definitely an author to watch.
