Central to the narrative is Galen Bray, a young man fleeing the chaos of his war-torn homeland, the Lands of the Princes, in search of peace in the kingdom of Voulhire. As he arrives in this new realm, he inherits a forge from his deceased great-uncle, representing a fresh start and a flicker of hope.
