The Realm of the Mind and the Conscious Experience by Deborah Tregea is a book divided into three chapters: Introduction to Consciousness, Real Magic, and Cycles of Enlightenment. It takes a deep dive into topics like manifestation, the sixth sense, consciousness, and many others. This book will help awaken your consciousness and self-awareness to further connect with your mind and environment.

The book starts by introducing us to the concept of the mind, our consciousness, and many common questions we ask, like the question of who we are. The book also talks about perspectives and how a change in perspective can lead to seeing things in a whole new dimension. The author mentioned in the book that to see in various dimensions, all that is needed is a shift in perspective. I could apply this change in perspective to my life, and I found it helpful. I look at a situation that seems impossible and get reminded of the author's words about dimensions. I immediately look for other perspectives that do not present the problem in such an overwhelming light. Another topic that caught my attention was manifestation. The author described it as magic, and I see it as that, too. This is something I call the God factor that every human possesses, and the author gave practical life examples. If you would like to read about this topic of manifestation and the many others discussed in this book, grab a copy of The Realm of the Mind and the Conscious Experience by Deborah Tregea and read it.

I loved reading about these mind topics because they help make life easier to navigate. I already knew about manifestation, but the way the author explained it made it easier to follow. And the fact that there were actual life examples made it better. I think everyone needs this book, especially for the manifestation part. I also loved the part about consciousness. I felt like I had yet to explore my mind and its abilities, and I was glad that this book brought my attention to it.

I encountered some errors in the book that did not hinder my reading experience. I am more grateful for what this book has done to my mind and imaginative power. I feel like I have been empowered more than money can do. If I can see it in my mind, it's only a matter of time. I do not have any negatives about this book despite the errors found; it was more helpful than I thought; therefore, I rate the book five out of five stars. This book is recommended for anyone interested in developing their mind and unleashing their full potential.

This sounds like an interesting book. I do find myself somewhat stuck, and have wondered about the power of manifestation, but wonder how to go about it. I might pick this book up and have a look. Thank you for your review!

I read your review of The Realm of the Mind and the Conscious Experience and it's great to see how much the book resonated with you. I had a slightly different experience, though.
The idea of changing perspectives to 'see in different dimensions' is intriguing, but I found it hard to apply in real life. It felt more like an abstract concept than practical advice I could use daily.
As for the part on manifestation, I liked how the author called it magic, but I felt the real-life examples were a bit vague. I was hoping for more concrete tips on how to manifest things effectively.
I do appreciate the topics on consciousness and self-awareness, but I thought some sections were a bit scattered and not as deep as I expected. Maybe I was looking for something more structured or scientifically grounded.
Overall, I’m glad the book empowered you, but for me, it didn’t quite hit the same mark. Would love to hear more about how you applied some of these ideas in your life!
