Rise of the Savior

The story contains supernatural characters aiming to save the world from equally destructive forces. All the deities of power have their acolytes, or chosen ones, who are the people born to practice this power. Amanda is an acolyte of truth, with her deity, Ameena, who is in dog form, helping her in her mission. There are many side characters, such as Saira, Kid, Ana, Jacob, and many others, who make the story more interesting. There is a secret agency associated with the cause of saving the world from supernatural destructive powers. In this story, that destructive power is Jamie, who is also an acolyte.
The whole story revolves around the character development of Amanda and how she, along with other powerful characters, is willing to stop the villain. There are many things I like about the book, such as how beautifully it proves that with great power comes great responsibility and that hustle is part of everyone's life. The yin-yang concept is new to me and is very well integrated into the story. The story is well expressed, as you can imagine things as you read them. The plot is strategically written in a way that no chapter is boring. The end of the story is also very interesting and unexpected.
I rate it 5 out of 5.
The story is full of humor and thrills, making you forget the time while reading it. Overall, I really like the book, from its story to its characters—everything about it. I have not read the prequel to this book, which is “Rise of Heart,” so I can confirm that you can enjoy it as a standalone book too. However, after reading such an interesting story, I will surely read the prequel. This book is very easy to read and understand, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fantasy and anime-like stories.
