Where in the world would you find something that has magic, mythical creatures, love, with the blood, gory battles galore? Well I am here to tell you where you can find that. Victor Rose is a new author his astonishing debut novel is called End of the Last Great Kingdom ( Brimstone Chronicles) This novel has all of that and more!
End of the Last Great Kingdom (Brimstone Chronicles) is a dark fantasy about a young orphan enlighten boy whose name is Leaf. Leaf later was reborn and known as Brimstone. Brimstone is from a place called Sulphurium. As Brimstone is an enlighten he must go through and pass difficult trials The only problem with that is his powers are not yet awakened for him to even pass and get accepted to the Mage School was nothing less than a miracle itself. All the Trials, bloodshed, and betrayal from every corner couldn't have been manageable without the help of his friends. Now Brimstone and his friends have to try and destroy everything that is bad to stop all the madness. This novel is not for someone with a soft stomach. So be ready to sit on the edge of your seat, never knowing what is going to happen next. There really is never a dull moment in Sulphurium!
I am absolutely in love with this novel! Best that I have read in a very long time. As I was reading this I couldn't put it down. What I liked most? There is so many things that I liked its really hard to just pick one so I am going to tell you a handful of things that i liked the most. For starters, the way that Victor Rose introduced the three main characters. Setting the scene, where in my head, i felt like I was right there watching from a distance of every detail that was put in there. To me that is one of the best things that you can ask for in a novel. Through the whole novel as I am reading, I am sitting on the edge of my seat. I couldn't stop reading it. Have you ever felt as your reading something if you put it down your going to miss something important? Like, its going to keep going as your not there reading it? That was me through this whole story. To me this was an exceptional novel and I honestly can not say anything negative about it. I found nothing wrong or nothing that i disliked.
The rating that I am giving End of the Last Great Kingdom ( Brimstone Chronicles) is a four out of four. The reason that I am giving this such a high rating is for the fact that i absolutely couldn't find anything wrong anywhere in this novel. The way everything just flowed from the beginning to the end was just fantastic. The author Victor Rose introduced all the characters in an amazing way. The way that you could just sit there and read about every detail made you feel like you were right there just watching how every little twist and turn came to be. He really made sure that this was a very well thought out story line. I didn't find any errors in how he told the story or couldn't think about how this could have been better.
In my opinion, I would strongly suggest this book to anyone who is interested in a true dark fantasy at its best. You won't be disappointed. With that being said, if you have a weak stomach, if you just don't care about the world of magic, death, and destruction then I would have to say that I don't think that this one is for you. Due to some of the content, such as the violence, sex slaves, and the murders of innocent children. I would say anyone from the age of thirteen and up for these reasons I have stated.
