One can experiment with a variety of alternative medications and therapies. I'm convinced that these can help with mild cases. To avoid conventional medicine and only try natural remedies for severe anxiety.

Anxiety and stress can be relieved by alternatives. I think soothing music, aromas, humor, and art help in relieving stress or anxiety. Once a state of relief is achieved, talking about the stressors and causes of anxiety or wanting to deal with them becomes easier.
