Anxiety and stress are both complex topics, but I found that the book handled them with care. The author clearly explained common origins and symptoms of both to clearly explain them. Then, they offered solutions that are straightforward and actionable.

I really liked how the information was presented with simple and clear language to make the topic and remedies easy to understand. Even scientific jargon was explained thoroughly to avoid confusion or misunderstandings. I also liked that natural remedies were discussed, rather than going over the various prescriptions doctors give out. It was nice to see that there are other ways to handled stress and anxiety.

I think this is definitely a great book for anyone who wants to find out more about stress and anxiety, and different non-medical ways to treat them. There is so much information presented and so many solutions offered that people can pick the ones that work best for them if medications aren't the solution they're after.

I really liked this book. I control my stress levels with walking, reading a good book, and breathing exercises so was glad to see these in the book. The book also gives many more great ideas with herbal therapy that I want to try.

I have dealt with anxiety for as long as I can remember, and my preferred method for dealing with stressful situations has always been to avoid them as far as possible. This book was challenging for me. It is not often that content can be so spot-on in regards to my problems and the way I choose to deal with them - or don’t. “Try to face inevitable changes head-on with boldness and you will better learn to handle the stress and anxiety that comes along with change.” A straightforward statement, but difficult for me to follow through. Even though it was challenging, by the end I was so grateful that I read this book. It helped me to better understand myself and the stress and anxiety I regularly deal with. What’s great about it is that not only do you get the background information about stress and anxiety in general, but practical solutions to deal with it. It is daunting to accept that you have to make a change, but this book honestly has the necessary backbone to support you along the way. There is something for everyone to gain by giving this book a read. It’s an easy four out of four stars all the way.

Overall review of " Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide" by Gustavo Kinrys, MD
Rating: 3 out of 4
It is difficult to break down the meaning and manifestations of anxiety and stress; an entire book could be written on that alone. The author does a great job educating the reader about the physiological responses and relieving strategies in a succinct way. The purpose of the book is evident, offering relevant, sound strategies to identify and combat anxiety and stress. Balancing what one focuses on or gives attention to, the detriment of negativity, and what a person can do about it.
The most useful part of this book for me is the detailed information of the natural herbs and supplements. There is a lot of herbal and supplement education with usable information like recommended uses, dosages, side effects to expect and safety warnings. I also admire that the author recommends the reader to seek medical, and or psychological professional care if symptoms persist.
At times the definitions and symptoms of anxiety and stress became repetitive throughout the book. There were some rough transitions between paragraphs jumping to different topics within chapters.
As a healthcare professional, most of the educational content was known. However, I would recommend this book to other healthcare professionals and patients to help them navigate choosing natural solutions for anxiety and stress.

The books starts by explaining what anxiety and stress are which is essential, and how it has become a major problem in our daily lives. It goes on to explain the remedies and biochemicals responsible for our feelings that deals with stress and well-being. It also outlines stress management strategies, breathing exercises and meditation to help in relieving the build of stress and anxiety. All the chapters are informative and educational. This book was great to read, it was very interesting. Hats off to the author of this book they did a great job. I could relate the reasons for my stressful days while reading the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy section of the book.i would rate this 10 out of 10 and I would surely recommend others to read it.

:angelic-cyan: :congratualtions-smiley: :techie-reference: I read this book and left a review. I thought the book had lots of great information on different ways to relieve stress and anxiety with prescription medicationin a small amount of pages. The pages in the back of book are very beneficial and I read that many people actually took that section out of book to keep in purse to use as a handy reference guide when shopping. I'm sure many people will benefit from reading and adding to their collection because everyone deals with stress and anxiety at times.

This book offers a lot of ways a person can cope with anxiety and though every person is not the same, i think it really helps a lot to know what your options are. It helps that the writing style is not too complicated to understand

I'm impressed with this book. I don't usually like modern ways of fighting against the anxiety and stress as they seem to be avoidant. However, this book changed my opinion! It focuses on the source of anxiety, which is of course our mind, and the best ways to take control of it. Understanding yourself is not easy. It is an ultimate challenge of our century.

I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. It is a modern must read!
