I think they compliment each other, one person can be treated through natural or medical method or both depending on the extent of the effects of stress and anxiety.

A perfect regimen of diet or "diet monitoring" is truly a great way to reduce the extra stress. t keeps you healthy and reduces irritation caused due to nutrient deficiency.

Ofcourse, every person is born different. So, it is only possible that every perosn has different ways to relieve stress.
traditional medicine may work on people but not work on others.

I would say it depends both on the specific diagnosis of the person as well as the severity if there is a high severity of symptoms I would say that medication is probably a better bet. In either case combining them would probably be more effective then just using one or the other.

Sometimes natural remedies can not relieve stress and anxiety and one has to seek medical attention! The level of stress determines the remedy to use. For example high levels of stress require medication.

Even though I agree with your opinion, Gustavo recommends natural methods over medication. Yes, it varies with a person, but natural methods may have fewer side effects compared to medication.

Beyond a doubt, it's worth combining two methods, whether natural and medication or natural only. It offers a better chance to solve the issue quickly.

Certainly, the degree of stress or anxiety must be considered. However, some high-stress levels can be solved using natural remedies that have been highlighted in this book. The secret is finding which method works for you.

In recent times it seems more people are moving towards natural lifestyles. The majority are eating less processed foods, exercising more outside than indoors with equipment, and even choosing herbal methods of healing. I'd link this to the easy way of accessing information through the internet. Medication might not be faced out completely, but gradually it's becoming useful in the last resort.

I think some natural methods may be effective for some, but not for everyone. I think there are definitely some old ways of treating things that have been lost that are effective, but only for small things like stuffy noses and such. There's probably a reason people live a lot longer with modern medicine!

I don't think that natural remedies can outdo medicine. However, I think both are beneficial and can work hand in hand to create a wonderful solution and treatment.

Many readers have already answered this question with similar opinion of what I would say too. It definitely depends on the condition. Sometimes there is nothing that helps except medication. Also, there is difference in stress levels. But one thing is for sure when someone is upset and in the middle of anxiety the worst thing one can do is tell them to relax. No one in history of time manages that.

True, some might prefer natural remedies or some may prefer medication. Though in case the one cannot work the way you wanted it to there are many other methods that can help you like CBT, VR, biofeedback, and the like.

Yes, nowadays the boom of fitness in our life has become so publicized that everyone wants to implement the fitness regime in their lifestyle to stay fit and live a better lifestyle, the internet has a great role to play in spreading such awareness. It enables people to choose what they themselves think is good for them and implement those in their life.

It totally depends on the person's perspective on things really. If they feel it the remedy is uncomfortable to them, it will not work. Find something they can agree to is an important step in treating stress.
