I like how the book included the side effects of anxiety and stress, defining the borders of anxiety and stress just a bit more. This book helps me cope with COVID-19's mental toll and lack of social interactions. This is definitely a recommended read from me.

Considering the theme, anxiety and stress, I can say the book is quite timely. Many things are going on in the world today, and in one way or the other, there is a need to get some air. I appreciate this book. I also love that it is straight-to-point. The book without further aid has the ability to help. I also love the author's sincerity over the possible side effects of some of these therapies.

It is not easy to tackle the issue of anxiety and stress. So what the insights that the author shares in this book is commendable. Personally, I believe this book deserves maximum rating because of the author's direct writing style.

The most unfortunate part about anxiety and stress is that there is really no warning when it will affect you. Having the tools to assist when it does hit is extremely helpful, and this book provides exactly that.

This book shows us the methods in which we can deal with anxiety and stress. I love the fact that the author shows us not only the methods in which we can deal with these problems but also the side effects. As someone who has suffered because of these things, this book seems fantastic to me.

This is a self-help book that has realistic causes and remedies for anxiety and stress. I really loved that the author used less subtler words that made my reading easy, and the remedies provided are relatable making the book more of interactive. I didn't find anything negative about this book. I would recommend this book to everyone dealing with stress and anxiety, because the recommended remedies suggested by the author are realistic and helpful.

Reading this book reminds me of a time I battled with anxiety and stress disorder. My challenges and struggles are captured vividly in this book. Gustavo' s natural remedies are similar to those that my doctor recommended and it has been effective. This shows that this book contains educational and helpful information for people with anxiety and stress disorder.

The diction is simple and straightforward. I recommend this book to anyone with anxiety and stress disorder. I gladly rate it 4 out of 4! It's worth reading.

I was disappointed to see the first half of the book dedicated to tablets and supplements, not what I expected with the title 'natural'. I was expecting more purity. The second half of the book has way more appeal for me, I am glad I kept reading and give the book 3 stars.

"Natural Relief for Anxiety and stress": A Practical Guide by Gustavo Kinrys, MD; is a recommended read for anyone who really fancies optimizing the best ways of optimizing health and its other related issues.

Gustavo's ideas are rather simple than complex and strategic than vague. The major thing I like about this book is its practicability to the modern day society.

I dont have any negative opinion about this book, its so ideal because these techniques have actually worked for me on the long run.

With that being said I will recommend this book for anyone who is feeling lonely, depressed, stressed and needs someone to talk to.

I think this book is an excellent overview of ways to manage anxiety and stress without resorting to medications. And there's enough discussion of different methods for each person to select their own approach and then seek out more detailed information on that approach. The book is well written and easy to understand. Overall I believe it deserves four stars.

I did not start suffering from anxiety until my late thirties, but when it hit me, it hit hard and fast! I saw a doctor and was put on medication to keep me calm, but there are days when I need extra help. Instead of turning to more or stronger meds, I choose to turn to natural remedies, and books like these have proved to be very helpful.

I’ve been dealing with anxiety my whole life and am always looking for new ways to help keep it in check. I thought this book was very helpful because it provided some affirmation of things I’ve done in the past, as well as provided new techniques I can employ. I’m glad there were a variety of remedies provided because everyone is different and what works for me may not work for others, or vice versa. As others have said, this is a very timely read and I’m glad I have some new ways to try to handle my anxiety.
