Exercise helps, you get the endorphins going.
As weird as it may seem, I find making and during tea therapeutic.(It's just my thing).

For me, exercise and meditation or some sort of mindfulness practice are the golden ticket.

Running and healthy eating are the ones for me. I am only halfway through the book and looking forward to getting new ideas to relieve stress.

When we pray, there's usually a sense of relief probably because we submit our worries to a higher power. i find it quite profound.

I also think exercising is the greatest remedy that stands out for me. I also love running. It does help.

My own best recipe is my favorite armchair, cup of camomile tea, soft plaid and great book. Most effective remedy for stress ever!

I'm sure you are enjoying reading the book. If you read to the end, you'll discover more remedies that you can use. Yes, healthy eating is also a great resource for better health and a sane mind.

I agree. Excersize has done wonders for me. I like to wake up, and do some type of activity. I love reading other responses as well! For my mother and sister going gluten free really helped them both mentally and physically. Strange how food effects one.

Exercise. For me, taking a long walk and listening to music from my ear phones during the period really works for me.

Meditation and exercising are my go to stress reliever. But most often than not, when I'm worried I read a really good book. That takes my mind off whatever the problem is.

My most effective remedy is working out. I find it exceptionally well since my body release endorphins which is one of the hormones that make us feel good.

Exercising regularly is something that is crucial to my mental health. I definitely notice a slide back into negative mental health behaviors if I haven’t exercised in several days/week. I also really enjoy guided meditation. It definitely helps me get out of myself for a period of time.

Everyone is talking about exercise as one of the most effective methods, but I wish someone would go into more detail about what type of exercise. I will admit I am not the "fitness" type, so I am a little bias. How does one start?
