Experiencing nature is a really great way to get inner peace and help you remain clam in a tough situation. That is why we go on vacation. We need a break from life and experience nature and interact with other people.

Indeed, the author might not have fully exhausted the options available. Nature has a way to bend the world. I reflect more when I take a walk in a serene environment.

Walking is a great way to get some exercise and also getting you to think. A have never thought counting out loud to an anxiety reliever but if that's what you find comfortable doing that is the one.

Yes, that is true. Playing with kids helps you gain a fresh perspective on things. It helps you enjoy what you are doing and talking with the kids can also be therapeutic.

Yes, oil painting does soothe me as well. It's just that when the colors don't blend well that I get stressed.

Being close to nature is very stress relieving for me, and this includes taking care of animals in the farm.

I find smelling nice scents being something that absolutely relaxes me. Sometimes when I feel my mood shifting to a more negative one I burn incense in my house and that seems to relax me

Our mind is constantly bombarded by information. When you go to a beautiful place to contemplate, or just contemplate something without a particular expectation, you mind relaxes.

Probably it will never be exhausted. As creative as mankind is, why stopping searching for better ways to feel good and relaxed? This is a very nice search!

That's quite interesting. One reason for anxiety is the constant flow of thoughts, when you count laud out, you interrupt it. I never tried, but it makes a lot of sense.

We are always under pressure and being evaluated. When you play with kids, or an animal, this disappears. You can do any crazy thing and it will be fun. The need for perfection disappears.

It seems that anytime you let your mind flow to a paper, may be writhing, painting, drawing, or doodling, it just gives such a relief.

Farming is amazing! The sense of helping something to grow and give fruit is really great. Bring new life to existence, give food, and taste de results. That is really a good one.

We create amazing connexions with smells, actually the strongest connexions we have to commit thing to memory is smell. The right smell can take you anyplace in your past and helps you to relax.
