Exactly, I also believe that exercising and working out plays a huge role in keeping both the body and mind fit.

Exercising and time spent in meditation on a verse from the Bible work best for me.

Exercise definitely relives stress. The endorphins released make you feel thrilled and relaxed after a workout.

Running has always been something that makes me relax or unwind after a very stressful day. Being outside and connecting with nature while also working on myself bot physically and mentally makes makes me feel a lot very and less stressed. Anxiety is something that always prevents me from acting, and I find running to be the best way to get out from that mindset.

On a personal note, exercising the body has a way of helping me relax a lot. Then meditation gives me a lot of peace.

I too find exercise and other physical activity to be the most effective at reducing my stress. It helps to be able to take my mind off of those thoughts and focus my energy into something positive. Exercise is also helpful for me as it helps my body to feel tired, so even when my mind doesn't seem to want to shut down at night, my body's exhaustion can help me to fall asleep.

I have tried Yoga and it works perfectly especially when dealing with anxiety.I believe different interventions will work differently with different people.

Yes, spending time in nature can definitely be calm and comforting. It is essential to take a break from our generally hectic life and enjoying what nature has to offer us.

Yeah running at night has always been my favorite exercise. After running, a cold
shower lets me sleep peacefully and energizes me in the morning.

Yes, definitely. As everyone is unique, everyone has a unique taste. It totally depends on your state of mind and your general comfort zone to determine which technique will affect you.

Excercising and working out seems to work for me as well. Never keep the muscles tensed is the motto.

As much as I like exercising, and would recommend that as the best remedy, I still think everyone may have a different remedy that works for them. So, one may not fully propose one remedy to be the best.

For me, too, exercise is one of the critical things I do to stay out of anxiety and stress. Running early in the morning is my most preferable exercise. During my early morning exercises, I usually discover that my mind is clearer and serene. I feel relieved of the previous worry after that.

When I had anxiety running outdoors helped me a lot. It made me relax a little and helped me take a break from the daily stress, that's why sport seems to me the best method.
