I find journaling and meditation to be the most positive when am dealing with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. Those always calm me down and enable me to find some peace after a few moments.

Exercise is actually one of the most effective. The author listed out some physical exercises that can generate relief. Another effective remedies is the food we eat. This probably is one of the surest methods.

In my opinion, Exercise is the most effective method because it requires all parts of the body.

Of all the various supplements I've tried throughout the years, I've found that Chamomile tea and Ashwagandha are the most effective at reducing anxiety, at least for me. Exercise and progressive muscle relaxation are also helpful, albeit more so in the long run.

I like to go on long walks while listening to music. It makes everything calm. Enjoying silence also calms me down. So these are a few therapies.

I've found that meditating and exercising really help me. I also take medicine prescribed by a doctor for my anxiety.
