Self-help books are first and foremost how the authors helped themselves and have researched or gathered from around their environment. So these points are definitely practical, only it might not seem all that practical in full for everyone. Each person is unique. How they think and perceive things are also different.

This book is just a guide. For those who can bear the anxiety, this is a nice source of help. For heavier cases of anxiety, I don't think any book can replace a professional help.

I must say that this book is indeed a practical guide to help manage stress and anxiety. It gives helpful recommendations on how to manage stress. This may work for others but it doesn't guarantee that it will work for all. Most importantly, it is better to seek professional advice especially in extreme cases.

Yes, I believe that everything in this book is practical and anyone can use the tips and advice given. But I think that the author wants readers to still seek medical advice. Others may have special needs when they have autism, biporlar disorder, PTSD, and other medical conditions.

The book is definitely practical and will go a long way in easing someone's anxiety and stress. The concepts in the book are helpful,I do think however that the book will have a greater effect if it is applied together with some real face to face therapy.

Well, I think its practical. The steps stipulated therein are pretty straightforward. I guess I also trust the authors, since they are quite experienced in these areas and seen as professionals.

I believe its a practical guide. However, the author did not intend to use it as substitute for medical conditions. The information is relevant to assist us out of our anxiety and stress.

I would say that yes its is a practical guide. I however don't think the authors intended for it to wholly replace western medicine but rather to be used as a supplement to it.

It is a practical way to handle stress and anxiety and I know that when one follows the process listed in the book accordingly, they will definitely see good results, however, the opinion of practitioners must not be overlooked.

This is a guide provided by two renowned experts to help the reader understand anxiety and stress but this should not be a substitute for professional assistance. These methods may help to keep the anxiety and stress at bay but not in the case of serious situations.

I belive this book is a practical guide, but it cannot be substituted for professional assistance. In severe cases of anxiety medical assistance must be obtained.

I believe it is a very practical guide! All of the things in this book are found in nature and are not harmful to the people using them. I think these are practices that can be done by anyone, whether or not they see a professional first.
