I believe that everyone deals with stress and anxiety in their own unique way. All these methods may not be discussed in the book. I think the person who is experiencing stress and anxiety still has control over the practice. Whatever works for them to reduce anxiety may be a solution.

I think each person has their own way of dealing with anxiety and stress. All these methods may not be discussed in the book. I believe the practice remains in the hand of the person going through stress and anxiety. Whatever suits them curb anxiety can be a remidy for them.

Wow.. I have learned so much from the comments above. Personally I do not know if there are other stress and anxiety reliving methods not discussed in this book. Once I discover one I will definitely share in the comments section.

Have you tried Origami? It's so involving and attention-seeking that you'll instantly forget what was bothering you. My favorite creation is a duck.

Listening to music has always been my way out of anxiety and stress however, this book has taught me other very useful methods.
