I think naturally kids have a unique way of handling their stress and anxiety which is far lower than that of adults. However some practices in this book can both be useful for adults and children.

As people grow, ideas and philosophies that had been instilled in them start to reflect on a reality perspective. Though they still remember what they were told, the magnitude of what they encounter forces them to act differently.

I believe telling kids about anxiety and how to handle it is valuable. Yet, we should avoid making it seem too big a deal. If we do, kids might later feel overwhelmed by even small stress, thinking it's not normal for them.
