I think Lena is a strong person, and more that anything she was honest to herself. I believe if we are all honest with ourselves too we would all be better people. I think we should also no that no mistake, no matter how big it is marks the end, one can always try again.

Mostly, we are afraid of rejection so we don't ask for help. And when sharing your problem, it should be on the right person or people because it might worst your situation. For Lena, I like her support for Maureen and Kalayla. She filled those missing part for her sons.
