I think the ending was okay. The characters grew, were better than how they started, there were nice resolutions to issues. I do admit that the ending did not have a big bang like Maureen and her mother meeting face to face after all she did to her, but it ended well.
Today's me is better than yesterday's me.

The basic thing that we all looked out for at the ending was the reconciliation of various parties and ability to feel loved. The ending covered that so I would say the ending was great
