Justjaal_ wrote: 03 Oct 2020, 00:20 I can say that I loved every scene in which Galen appeared (I loved him), but my favorite one was definitely the one where Galen and Rowan met Demetrius. It was rivalry at first sight between Rowan and Demetrius and I loved the imbuer's sarcasm.

But I really liked that even with his great job and unique personality, he decided to go to Magnum Caleum with
Galen, saying that everybody feels an urge to protect him :D.

What do you think? What was your favorite moment in the book?

I enjoyed every scene Galen was in but the most I enjoyed was the moment he arrived at Magnus Calleum.

Scenes with Galen, Rowan, and Demetrius is always interesting to read. Rowan the troublemaker, Demetrius the scarastic and Galen the peacemaker. Their different characters crash but it was wholesome.

I think I like most of the scenes close to the end more. I like them more because of the amount of suspense and how it keeps one on the edge of their seats.

My favorite scene was the first time we met Galen, when he wanted to enter the ship to voulhire, the gaurds that were chasing him and the voulhire ship's gaurds, I loved how they were nice to because he was one of them. And how they threatened the land of princes soldiers.

I loved Beth's appearance at Lord Meldorath's house, it was very interesting.

I liked it a lot too, at the beginning, when Galen's uncle communicates fleetingly with him through the newspaper, it was impressive.

The sequence in which Beth and Meldorath first meet was excellent. It presents Meldorath's view that the king deceived him and demonstrates his kindness to Beth.

Yes everyone feels an urge to protect Galen. But my favorite scene is the one in which Meldorath crushed the guards of lord Orlin. But its kinda dark, so people may not actually prefer that scene.
