I liked the scene when Galen arrives at Magnum Caelum, starting when he is in the sea about to get to this place. The anticipation as a reader to get to know the place where Galen is going to live builds till he gets there. Also when Galen starts describing the town, the streets and his uncles´ place is something that I remember as one of my favorite scenes.

I agree, Demetrius and Rowan was a great combination! Galen is still quite reserved at this point so it's great to have two dynamic personalities to bounce off each other a lot more. I would say my favourite part of the book was probably the invasion of Hillport. I wish it had taken up more page time, but while it was happening it was very thrilling, especially with the tension beforehand where we already knew that the Riva Rohavi and Meldorath were about to unleash havoc and the poor Aldermans had no idea

My favourite scene was when Galen knocked on the door to the inn and just about made that drunk guy's day. Other than that, I loved all the scenes featuring Galen and Rowan, and their later scenes with Demetrius.

I really liked the scene when Beth meets Meldorath. It was interesting to learn more about Meldorath's story and point of view.

I like this question! fighting scenes and the scenes where meth was just coming from caromentis are very superp to me, I had great time reading those scenes.

But my favorite is where Galen Bray was on a voyage to Voulhire. His encounters in the ship were hilarious and thrilling

I really loved the scene when Galen and Rowan reached Yamon Soul and the description of Golden engravings on the walls, the security guards were all fascinating. I was really able to walk with them through those streets.

My favorite scenes were with Eldus's son and daughter (I forgot their names); I liked the dynamic of their relationship. I also like the scenes with Demetrius; he seems super cool. Actually, I liked every scene that involves magic, except those that had violence.

The first visit that Lord Eldus made to a boy who was affected by what Meldorath did. The conversation was warm and comforting. I loved this part.

Lord Eldus was my favorite character, so I enjoyed many of the chapters that he was in. However, I was most captivated by the dancing army. I had never imagined a dancing army, and the author's description of their movements was so fascinating. Such a gloriously creative moment!

Not a scene but what stuck with me is the description of the towns and the landscapes! I could picture myself there. I love that aspect of the book.

Hmm. That part is very important because we get to know his own side of the story.

I loved the scene when Galen and Rowan met Demetrius. It felt like a changing point in the story and the start of something that could be interesting. I also enjoyed the scene when Beth meets Meldorath. It was intriguing.
