“See the good in everything, and the best of it will find you.” - Galen's Grandmother.
Considering the war that had been tormenting the Lands of the Princes, I find it awe-inspiring how positive she was to her grandson.

My favorite quote is: "you are the author of your own story."
The book to read is not the one that thinks for you, but the one which makes you think.

My favorite quote is:

"I knew survival. And loneliness. In a lot of ways, I wasn't just discovering the people of Voulhire, I was discovering people in general. I was discovering me."

There are several quotes I loved of the book, but one of my favourites is this one by the imbuer:
"There's pragmatism to kindness: simply put, it makes the world easier. It makes the world safer. Logic dictates that men like Galen Bray are to be fostered and protected."

“In this special kingdom, where all the tools are provided to build a perfect world, you will stand as firsthand witness to what people do when they have no excuse to fail. This my children, is the magnificent and terrifying kingdom of Voulhire!”

I think this quote captures the book.
Today's me is better than yesterday's me.

This quote refers to Lands of Princes but somehow I felt it touching my heart. It felt about the retelling of this world in bare form and metaphorical representation.

My favourite quote

"Wounds do not heal properly if left open to infection".

It is so true and refers to all sorts of wounds. Physical and otherwise.

The storyteller's description of Voulhire: "Now this boy is slowly becoming a man. But through the darkness, he finds himself lost inside his own heart, struggling to discover who he truly is. Now that he has conquered the road on which he stands, he must decide in which direction he will go. This, my children, is Voulhire."

I really like this one. I feel like it would resonate with everyone.

"Now that he has conquered the road
on which he stands, he must decide in which direction he will go."
"We should all have something to be weirdly passionate about."

My favorite quote from this book is 'See the good in everything and the best of it will find you.' The protagonist Galen speaks the aforementioned words to himself as self-reflection during his voyage to reach the destination of the kingdom of Voulhire!

I also love this quote! One more, Galen Bray’s grandmother said: “See the good in everything, and the best of it will find you.”
