Review of All the Monsters Are Here
All the Monsters Are Here: Thirteen Spooky Tales by Aaron Bay Ballard is a list of different stories of different issues surrounding people, zombies, imaginary friends turning real, murders, and just survival in general, and many more. Different people in these different stories thrive to survive and save themselves from danger. From Adam and friends trying to survive a zombie attack to Debbie fleeing from being fed to a vampire to Peggy and Brian's love story and many more stories, this indeed was a splendid read.
All the Monsters Are Here: Thirteen Spooky Tales by Aaron Bay Ballard was very interesting, and I enjoyed it so much. I wouldn't say it was horrific, but it indeed scared me. I was instantly swept into the world of the characters. There are so many things to love about this book. The author's description of the horrifying attacks and their emotions was so raw. I had no other choice than to be hooked by each chapter. The suspense and the thrill were mesmerizing. When the characters had their flashbacks, it felt so real. The book was very straight to the point with little or no suspense. Certainly, Aaron Bay Ballard did an exceptional job on the characters.
I also liked that the author didn't limit himself to one particular setting. He used a wide range of locations and cities. He even used a wide range of attacks like the zombie apocalypse, vampires, werewolves, etcetera, yet they still carried a widespread aura and look. I also liked the charge of the novel. It made me want to continue reading as every chapter was fascinating. Surely, he did a decent job geographically and horrifically. There was no dull moment as I enjoyed every chapter of this book. The author outdid himself. I found only one error in this book, as it was professionally edited. I appreciate the fact that it doesn't contain too many errors, which makes the book easier to read.
Although I would have loved for there to be a little more suspense, it doesn't affect my judgment of the book. The book was outstanding, and there was nothing I didn't like about it. Therefore, I rate it five out of five stars. I didn't remove any stars because the book did not contain any negative aspects, and I was satisfied with it.
I recommend this book to grown-ups and youngsters. I also recommend it to lovers of horrifying fiction.
