Never Ending is written by Martyn Bedford and the main characters are Siobhan (shiv), Declan, Nikos, Caron and Mikey.

When a family holiday ends in tragedy, the grieving parents’ marriage is left in ruins and, Shiv, their 15-year-old daughter, is tormented by what happened … and her part in it. Off the rails and unable to live with her guilt, Shiv is sent away to an exclusive clinic that claims to “cure” people like her.
But this is no ordinary psychiatric institution and Shiv discovers that her release – from her demons, and from the clinic itself – will come, if it comes at all, at a bizarre and terrible price.

What struck me the most was how well written it was. The way the chapters went on was just great. I really liked the fact that it went back and forth so I was absolutely hooked from the start. One thing that let this book down was the third person perspective, I just cannot stand it when it's not in first person but the story let me look past it and read on. You kinda get used to it I guess. I also really enjoyed the mixed themes such as love, tragedy and the mystery of what actually happened in Greece. This story is going to stay in my mind for quite a while. The relationship between Nikos and Shiv was really different than any love story I have read. The ending was so good, I just feel like something was missing but not sure what. The book is coming out this month so I really suggest it for those of you who are 13 years old and up! I definitely recommend it! Just grab it and read it! I rate it 4 out of 5.
